Welcome to your journey in self-therapy!

You will learn a clinical approach to what we call Dialectics, which is a type of chaotic conversation that happens in our psyche. You will also learn a unique exercise in understanding your consciousness and how to control it as best as possible.

Session 2 Overview:

This unique session provides you with a clinical-induced self-observation and empathy towards others. You will learn the impact mindfulness can have on your compassion, as well as learning how to deviate away from aggression and more towards individual curiosity.

Session 3 Overview:

Here is where we treat self-judgement and judgement in general. We further treat mood instabilities by understanding our survivor instincts and deal with the innate need to constantly expect the worst.

• Treating unhealthy negative survivor instincts.
