Mindfulness hikes are simple hikes by group in which we take different spots to do meditations and enjoy nature. The purpose is to ground yourself and be present, letting go of any thoughts in your head, while enjoying the beauty of the country.

A Mental Health coach or consultant is an experienced professional that provides self-therapy programs as modified therapeutic sessions that teaches you to be your own therapist. 

Each video is between 15-20 minutes with specific home-works to do in between videos. The whole program is designed to be made on a branch of 3 weeks, with 1 video every week.

You have access to every program you purchase for 1 month. During this time, you can watch each video as much as you would like. But after the 4-week mark, you will have no more access.
