Session 2 Overview:

This session provides you with a conceptualization technique to your psyche. You will learn how your cycle of thoughts manifest into personality traits and unhealthy coping mechanisms, and you will learn how to change them.

• Personality understanding and coping mechanisms.

• Understanding the concept of fear of freedom.

Session 3 Overview:

Here is where things become more and more interesting. In this session, you will find out your core belief, which is your deepest unconscious understanding of yourself. You will learn how to change a dysfunctional core belief into a more functional one, and further develop your coping mechanisms

• Understanding core beliefs

• Breaking the vicious cycle 

• Finding the reality of your personality
